1.Prices
Hayamim Ava Sdn. Bhd. sells to customers based on prices as indicated on an official quotation or price list.

2.Compliance Terms & Conditions of Sales
Purchase order issue to us in respect of the said quotation, mean the buyer has agreed to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Sales. Hayamim Ava Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to reject any Purchase order which has not comply to the Terms & Conditions as indicated in the said quotation or with additional Terms & Conditions set by the customers without prior consent of Hayamim Ava Sdn. Bhd.

3.Terms of Payment

• Pre-Payment (without open credit facility)
  Pre-payment or cash-on-delivery is required from customers without an open account with Hayamim Ava Sdn. Bhd.
• Deposit for Non-Stock or Special Item
  For non-stock items or special item which has to be imported, a 50% MARGINAL DEPOSIT is required from all customers.
• Letter-of-Credit as Payment
  Please refer Appendix for details.

4.Transportation Charges
The prices quoted herein do not include delivery charges for outstation customers. This arrangement applies unless otherwise indicated.

5.Local Delivery
For order less than RM 500.00 in value, a minimum delivery charge will be imposed for Klang Valley customers as follows:

6.Outstation Delivery & Charges

• Price with Delivery Charges
  Hayamim Ava Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to choose a transport company nearest to its warehouse if no indication of a preferred name of the transportation company is provided by the customers in writing. 
• Price without Delivery Charges
  All order to outstation customers will be ship on-collect-basis. The customers must ensure freight charges are paid from their end.

7.Delivery Period
Delivery (wherever possible, is subjected to stock availability) will be made within 2 (TWO) DAYS for customers within Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. For outstation customers, a minimum of 3 days are required. For non-stock items, delivery period will be as per our quotation.

8.Loss or Damage of Goods on Transit
Hayamim Ava Sdn. Bhd. will not be held responsible for loss or damages to goods while on transit to the customer’s warehouse. As such, all customers are advised to adequately insure their orders. Should any damages occur when receiving goods from transport company, complaints or claims must be directed to the same.

Hayamim Ava Sdn. Bhd. will ensure that all goods leaving our warehouse are properly checked and adequately packed before leaving.    

9.Stock return
No return of goods is allowed without prior authorization from Hayamim Ava Sdn. Bhd. All return of goods due to defects or stock must be notified to Hayamim Ava Sdn. Bhd. before returning. No return stock for special imported equipments is allowed. A SURCHARGE OF 15% will be charged for stock items return without a valid reason or over the approval period of 3 days after delivery has been accepted.
