Evoko Naso books the room with ease. This digital room booking system prevents double bookings and interrupted meetings. Rooms that are booked, but no show up will be released by default. Furthermore, using the touch screen, you can quickly locate a room for unscheduled meetings. There’s also the added benefit of reporting defective or missing equipment in the meeting room directly on screen. The administrator can gain valuable insight into how frequently rooms are being utilised, helping you to improve your meeting culture.
