Join Our Team as a Customer Support Executive
We are seeking a meticulous and hard-working Customer Support Executive to be a part of our inbound sales unit. In this role, you will be entrusted to assist the daily operations task within the sales unit and to ensure it is handled diligently.
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen.
- Above 23 to 27 years of age.
- Must have 2-3 years of working experience in sales unit. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must possess a Degree in Business / Marketing / Electrical & Electronic or in a related field.
- A good working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Good typing speed at least 25 - 35 wpm.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a highly polished telephone etiquette.
- Possess a neat handwriting.
- Someone who is a fast learner and can easily comprehend technical details and specifications of products and systems.
- Candidates living around Gombak, Sentul, Batu Caves, Ulu Klang, Ampang, Kepong, Selayang, and Sri Damansara would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Able to handle daily sales inquiries from customers via phone, email, or walk-in.
- To manage and reply to daily incoming and outgoing letters & email communications.
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals and manage the progress.
- To help prepare open tender documents and to ensure submission on time.
- To ensure all matters are well coordinated and acted upon.
- Compiling sales achievement and other performance reports bi-weekly / monthly.
- Supporting the sales unit with any other tasks, if requested.
Remuneration Package
- Basic salary RM 3,000 – RM3,500.
